Sindh CCE 2026 (SPSC): Last Date Extended to 11 November, Age Limit Now 33 Years
Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC), Hyderabad
Job details
The Sindh Public Service Commission has issued Advertisement No. 06/2026 (dated 23 October 2026) for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE-2026). Following a Sindh Cabinet decision of 20 October 2026, it changes the terms of Consolidated Advertisement No. 04/2026 (19 August 2026) and extends the closing date.
What has changed:
- Upper age limit relaxed to 33 years, counted on 11 November 2026 (the lower age limit stays 21 years).
- Number of attempts increased to five (5), for a period of three years.
- Screening test passing score is now 33% (66 marks), with negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. This replaces the earlier 40% (80 marks) requirement.
Who should apply:
- Already applied? You do not need to apply again. Your application stays valid under the new terms, and you can upload missing documents or correct mistakes on the online portal before the closing date.
- New applicants: candidates who are now eligible (for example because of the higher age limit), or who missed the earlier deadline, can apply online before 11 November 2026.
All other terms and eligibility conditions (including the required bachelor's degree and Sindh domicile rules) remain as in Consolidated Advertisement No. 04/2026.
How to prepare: the screening test is MCQ-based with negative marking, so practise accuracy as well as speed. Revise general knowledge, Pakistan affairs, current affairs, Islamiat, English and basic maths.
Last date to apply online: 11 November 2026.
